My name is Phuntsho and I am from Bhutan. I am passionate about cooking and learning to cook, especially traditional Bhutanese food. I have worked to document the diversity of traditional culinary recipes of Bhutan. Further, I was also fortunate to share my knowledge and skill of culinary recipes with my students back in Bhutan. These traditional recipes are now the highly valued delicacies in Bhutan, served mostly during important events and also forms a special menu for high-end tourists visiting the country. So, I am looking forward to add these recipes from Bhutan on the menu of Canberrans to further enhance the diversity of Canberra.
